We like to document the marathon and retreat for you, the participants, as well as to attract people of a similar frequency. We are very sensitive to your vulnerability and will always check in with you first if we feel a photo is more vulnerable. 

The intention of taking photos or videos is:
a) for you to keep memories 
b) to give future participants a sense of what to expect and a feeling for our events.

In general, the photography/video is made by the facilitators or assistants, who are highly sensitive to vulnerability and appropriateness. We invited a professional photographer, in which case all participants will be informed prior and can decide for themselves if they join the group photos and videos or not.


Please help us create safety in the area of media :


• We kindly ask you to not post photos and videos DURING THE MARATHON & RETREAT in social media referring to the retreat, page of ZoukMiraProject or location of the retreat. Feel free to post videos (not from classes) but we kindly ask you to NOT TAG Bali or Ubud (Instagram, facebook) and not mention the names of Teachers and Djs to local people if you talk with them. Please, do not expose the location of the event to people from outside. 
THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE EVENT TO HAPPEN, a specific that we face organizing events in Bali :) 

(You are welcome to post after retreat ends with a consent of those who are present in your photos or videos. We would like to keep event private, while it's happening.  

After - please, we'll be happy :) It will also help you to be present here and now.  Thank you for your understanding.)

• We ask you not to use our group photos for advertising something that is not Zouk Mira Project, and to add a link to Zouk Mira project if you do share any photos.

• Please do not join in any of the posed group photo sessions if you do not want to be published.
