🔻 Do you sleep well and enough? Sometimes not so obvious to some people. And the answer is simple, you just need to sleep good.
🔻Food with no chemicals, enough water, FRESH air and basic comfort. Everything is there? Let’s check further.
🔻 Do you live in a suitable place that covers most of your needs?
🔻 Do you have at least 15 minutes a day when you do NOTHING? Not listening to a book, not looking at smartphone, but really NOTHING ?
🔻Enough days-off per week and per year?
🔻Is there a sun in your day? If not, take some vitamin D.
🔻Does your body
move or spends most of its time sitting or being still?
🔻Do you talk during the day with loved ones, communication with whom is fulfilling?
🔻 Do you praise yourself for what you have already done?
🔻Do you make time ONLY for yourself and no one else?
🔻 Do you enjoy your work?
If the answer to everything is yes, and you still can't find your resource, try going to a psychologist. You will definitely find it there 😉
Or dedicate yourself to yoga, it always helps 💁♀️
